The houses are 3 stories high witha living, dining, kitchen, guest toilet and a maid's room with an attachedtoilet on the ground floor. There is a common back garden where youhave an outside Thai cooking area and a place to hang your washing.The front of the house has a beautifully manicured lawn and a landscapedgarden with the largest swimming pool in Hua Hin.

On the secondfloor, you have a lounge area with a sofa set and cable TV with a balconyoverlooking the pool. On the other side is a bedroom with a balconyoverlooking an empty plot of land and an en suite bathroom.
On thethird floor you have two bedrooms on either side both with en suitebathrooms and with balconies one overlooking the pool and the otheroverlooking the empty plot of land. The bathrooms all have showers withhot water.
All the bedrooms are furnished with twin or double beds,wardrobes and a dressing table. The whole house is air-conditioned.The living room has a sofa set with cable TV, telephone and French windows.The dining room has a 6 set dining table with chairs. The kitchen isequipped with all the amenities like, cooker, large fridge, hot waterflask, washing machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils sufficientfor 12 people, cabinets and a wash-basin.
This has to be negotiateddirectly with the maids who are available at Baan Sar Suan all day.Our staff will be more than happy to help you with the negotiation.
These houses are ideal for a couple or a family with 8 Adults and2 children. We do not allow more than this in each house. |
