รู้สึกดีนะ-ห้องที่ได้เข้าพัก เป็นห้องแบบ residence deluxe poolview room นับว่า ถูกใจมากคะ ภายในห้องตกแต่งได้สวยงามมาก ไม่อึดอัด แอร์เย็นดี น้ำก็แรงดี โซฟาใหญ่ดีคะ สามารถนอนได้ด้วย ชอบมากคะ มีข้อเสียอยู่ 1 อย่าง คือ ยุงเยอะมากๆ ตัวใหญ่ด้วย คงเป็นเพราะหน้าห้องเป็นสวนมีต้นไม้เยอะ ทางโรงแรมควรหาต้นไม้ที่สามารถไล่ยุงได้มาปลูกด้วยนะคะ จะช่วยได้ระดับหนึ่ง- ในส่วนของพนักงาน ทุกส่วน หน้าตายิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดีคะ อันนี้ขอให้รักษาคุณภาพไว้ตลอดไปนะคะ- โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ประทับใจ คะขอฝากอีกหนึ่งเรื่องนะคะ คือ ที่วางสบู่ในห้องน้ำ ตรงอ่างอาบน้ำคะ ทางโรงแรม ควรจะทำให้แน่นหนามากกว่านี้ ไม่ใช่เอาแผ่นกระจก มาวางไว้บนเส้นเหล็กแล้วมียางกันลื่นวางไว้ระหว่างเหล็กกับกระจก เพียงแค่นั้น ลูกสาวของดิฉันมือไปปัดโดนหล่นแตก ทำให้ต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายไป 1200 บาท ดิฉันยินดีชดใช้ให้คะ แต่ขอให้ทางโรงแรมช่วยปรับปรุงให้แน่นหนามากกว่านี้นะคะแต่ถึงยังไง ครอบครัวดิฉัน ก็ประทับกับการบริการของทางโรงแรมแห่งนี้คะ คิดว่า คงได้กลับไปใช้บริการอีกคะ

Deluxe Room is quite large and comfortable. Swimming pools are clean and well caring. Breakfast is also great. Will come back again.

ทุกอย่างค่อนข้างดี การต้อนรับในวันแรกและพนักงานในห้องอาหาร(breakfast room) น่ารักเลยทีเดียว ยกเว้นแต่ reception front ผู้หญิงไว้ผมม้า แต่หน้าจัดจ้าน ที่ทำงานในวันที่ 18 เม.ย. 2553 เวลาประมาณ 15.00 น. ไม่สุำภาพและดูเย่อหยิ่งอย่างมาก ตรงข้ามกับพนักงานคนอื่นส่วนภายในห้อง Duluxe Sea view ต้องบอกว่า วิวสวยมาก ภายในห้องสวยงาม ห้อมน้ำสะอาด น่าใช้ แต่รายการทีวีมีไม่มากนัก น่าจะมีช่องหนังและการ์ตูนบ้าง ให้ 95 ค่ะ อีก 5% น่าจะทำให้อยากอยู่ในห้องมากกว่านี้นะคะส่วนอาหารเช้าต้องให้เต็ม 98 ไปเลยค่ะ อีก 2% เป็นความหลากหลายของอาหาร แต่ต้องบอกว่าสมราคาจริงๆ ค่ะส่วนเรื่องความสะดวกสบายในโรงแรม ให้ 70% คะ เพราะจากห้องพักไปยังชายหาด ช่างไกลเหลือเกินค่ะ ความปลอดภายรอบๆ โรงแรมค่อนข้างน้อย แต่ภายในโรงแรมถือว่าเยี่ยมค่ะ ส่วนสระว่ายน้ำถือว่าดีนะคะ และน่าจะมีที่นั่งเล่นรอบโรงแรมบ้าง
| ดีเลยละคะ ตอนแรกก็กลัวๆ เหมือนกัน แต่พอได้ใช้บริการ แล้วรู้สึกดีนะคะ แต่ของติงนิดว่า ถ้าโรงแรมไม่ได้ัจัดห้องที่ไม่ได้ติดกับใครให้ ทั้งที่แขกน้อยมาก

- The Hotel is very beautiful and good atmostphere.- Check-In System is disappointing.Slow and No Service mind. Bell Boy always out of service.- Breakfast room is very nice and variety. Good service at the restuarant.

ประทับใจโรงแรมนี้มากค่ะ บรรยากาศดี ห้องพักราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลายอย่าง เลือกห้องพักแบบ deluxe pool view ซึ่งพอเปิดประตูกระจกออกมาก็ลงสระว่ายน้ำได้เลย และ อยู่ใกล้ทะเล แค่เดินข้ามถนนไปนิดเดียว ซึ่งเป็นปกติของโรงแรมบริเวณหาดชะอำ ที่ต้องมีถนนคั่น แต่บริเวณ ที่เป็นชายหาด เป็นส่วนตัวมากกว่า หาดชะอำตอนเหนือ มีเก้าอี้ผ้าใบ ให้นั่งหรือนอนเล่น และเป็นสวนหย่อมที่จัดไว้สวยงาม สะอาดตา พนักงานให้ความเอาใจใส่ดี เวลาทานอาหารเช้า จะมีผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร คอยดูแลตลอด ถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่พักที่หัวหิน ถือว่า เกินคุ้มค่ะ เพราะราคาไม่แพง อยู่ไม่ไกลจากหัวหิน ตอนเย็น ยังได้ขับรถไปทานอาหาร ที่ตลาดฉัตรไชย และเดินเล่นที่เพลินวาน ถ้ามีโอกาส ไปพักชะอำ จะกลับไปพักที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ

Transport to different kind of things is the biggest problem. Spend a lot of money at taxi etc. The Beach could be cleaner without stone etc. The thaigirl(from America) in the transport/servicedesk is Grand Pacific Hotels best serviceminded person we ever met!!!She´s the best!!The Hotel IS GREAT, 5 STAR!!!! Little bit expensive food for a family with kids!! But luxury cost!!! Recommend this hotel to everyone!! THANK´S TO ALL OF YOU!!/Tony

We have pleasant time there. Our residences are by the pool. It s so convinient to stp from bed to the pool and the pool is great. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly. Food @Thai restaurant and breakfast are great.I will spend time there again..! :)

We liked the hotel, it is a very nice hotel. But management wise I can\ t say the same thing.On our way to check out, they even charged us for the paper laundry bag. We take those bags from every hotel because you somehow need it. It was very greedy of them to want to charge us for everything that should not be charged. The hotel\ s customer profile are Thais. We were only two families there. There were too many noisy people , we did not feel very comfortable. I live in Bangkok but I will never go back to that hotel, ev en though I liked the hotel.There is one Italian restaurant in the hotel, the food is really good there and the staff there also very attentive.

Nice hotel - clean and great breakfast. Staff is very friendly.Just wish they - like many hotels in Thailand - wouldn t shaft you for THB 600/day for internet access and tell you it is a special deal!!

the hotel was beautiful and perfect but the services were not as good as it should be.
| the reservation method is fast and easy but seemed that there aren t many alternative choices and the prices and room types need to be double checked before making final decision.
