The Hotel had a lot of trouble,in that i booked Two Rooms.one being the pen/house and a deluxe room for a freind of mine.my family was put in a single room until we told them i had booked two rooms at there Hotel the Manager had to fix this for us.After that all went well.(i was told at the desk that i should contact sawadee to fix my hotel booking by the girl on the desk )i had all booking papers with me.
| Sawadee is one of the best Booking Agents that i use when i travel to thailand and i will use in the future.

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Bella villa prima hotel.The first night was given a low level room. Noise from swimming pool & asked the second night to change it and they did. The negative points are:1- No refreshes for bath soap, cotton bud and all bath room needs.2- B/fast is most like Asia type than int’l style and food too cold.Last day they allowed up to 2 pm for check out.Overall, room/bath clean, nice, good atmosphere, staff friendly. Location is ok away from bars, loud music and not far with beach, shopping, and pty city. Thanks

- ห้องพักดี,สะอาด ตามมาตรฐาน เราได้พักช้น 2 เป็นชั้นที่มีสระว่ายน้ำ (ไม่ได้ติดสระ) แต่ก็ถือว่า ok เลย เพราะว่าเล่นน้ำได้สะดวก ตรงที่สระมีซาวน่าด้วย น้องสาวชอบมาก ซาวน่าจนได้ที่ ก็มาเล่นน้ำต่อ- อาหารดีมาก เหมาะสมกับราคา- พนักงานบริการดีมาก โดยเฉพาะคุณป้าที่เป้นแม่บ้านบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ มีคนเดียวที่ไม่ดี คือ reception ผู้ชาย หน้าตาไม่ค่อยรับแขก- มีสนุกเกอร์ให้เล่นด้วย เกมละ 20 บาท ก็ถือว่าคุ้มเพราะเล่นกันไม่เก่ง แทงไม่ค่อยละ เกมส์นึงเล่นเกือบชั่วโมง- ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีเลยละ แต่ไม่รู้ที่อื่นเป้นไงนะ เคยไปพักอีกโรงแรมที่อยู่ใกล้ๆกัน ชื่อ baboona ก็ดีเหมือนกัน ราคาใกล้เคียงกัน ติดทะเล แต่ไม่มีสระว่ายน้ำ อาหารเช้าไม่ได้กิน จองแบบไม่เอาอาหารเช้า
